Our story
Following 15 years at the largest multi-disciplinary consultancy in the UK at that time, where he achieved a principal ecologist grade and worked as a technical lead, Lee founded Connected Ecology in 2023.
Lee desired to go back to his core fundamentals of doing the right thing by nature and working closely with clients to achieve great outcomes for nature and people.
As an independent family-run company, we approach every project with personal care and attention, maintaining direct communication with our clients, design and delivery team to ensure efficient decision making. This approach allows us to minimise unforeseen issues and tackle them quickly all the way from design to delivery stage.
Our team is united by a deep respect for the environment and a strong belief in the importance of balancing development and nature.
